Pop Culture's Body Image Brainwashing

Popular distortions of idealized bodies aren't just ridiculous, and invasive, they're also deceptive. They're just not real. Yet, somehow they're the gold standard. It must be possible to undo the brainwashing and find a more honest, unadulterated point of view on what bodies are beautiful to us - a perspective which can and should vary by the viewer's personal tastes.
